Happy Parenting Pragathi & Jay

I have known Pragathi since my college days. Though back in college we did not have much interaction, she being the beautiful person she is has always been easy to remember and was indeed a pleasant surprise getting back in touch with her after many years and thousands of miles away from home in UK .

Pragathi contacted me during her first trimester of pregnancy for photoshoot. I was really excited both to meet her after all these years and then of course to photograph her. Dates were agreed instantly and she came along with her husband to Halifax.

Generally when I do shoot at my home studio I keep it professional and my husband prefers to stay out of it. Once tried letting him do the spot boy stuff with reflectors and he ended up scaring away a potential client who had come for a marriage folio, by guess what – counting all the woes of a married life.

Pragath’s visit was more of a get together and no surprises the two husbands Jay and Amrit had so much to talk about starting from politics to single malts to indian economy. I had to interrupt and remind that we had to do a photoshoot as well.

Pragathi was bit nervous but Jay insured she smiled throughout her shoot and not to mention he helped me to do setup as well.

Many congratulations to Jay and Pragathi on arrival of baby. Wellcome to Mummy’s club. Wish you both happy parenting. Will be visiting you soon to meet you and baby.
